How to Submit an Appeal at Acadex

Whether you’re challenging an assessment result, a certification decision, or an academic conduct outcome, here’s everything you need to know


You may submit a formal appeal regarding:

  • Final assessment outcomes
  • Certification issuance or denial
  • Findings of academic misconduct
  • Issues related to reasonable adjustments (e.g., special exam conditions)

📌 Appeals must be based on valid grounds—not simply dissatisfaction with results.

Before you submit:

  • Review your course or assessment result carefully
  • Collect all relevant evidence (screenshots, feedback, emails, documents)
  • Clearly outline your reason for appeal in writing

⏱️ You must submit your appeal within 10 working days of receiving the decision.

Go to: https://student-affairs.acadex.ae/appeals

Fill out the Official Appeal Form, which includes:

  • Your full name and student ID
  • Course/program affected
  • Decision being appealed
  • Reason and explanation
  • Upload of supporting evidence

✅ You’ll receive a confirmation email with a ticket number and tracking link.

After submission:

  • Your appeal will be reviewed by our Appeals Panel
  • You can log in to your Student Support Portal anytime to:
    • Check the progress (e.g., Under Review, More Info Needed, Decision Issued)
    • Respond to any requests from the Compliance Officer

Within 10 working days, you will receive:

  • A written outcome via email and on your portal
  • A clear explanation of the decision
  • Whether your appeal was upheld or declined

📌 Decisions are final unless new, material evidence is later submitted.
